We're route-based in Rattray Park, Lorne Park, and Clarkson. Availability depends on route capacity — submit a request and we'll confirm fit.
Each visit includes skimming, basket cleaning, vacuuming as needed, water testing, chemical balancing (within policy), filter pressure checks, and an equipment pad check. You receive a digital water log and visit notes after every service.
Yes, standard chemicals for regular water balancing are included as part of your seasonal membership, within our usage policy. Specialty treatments or unusual chemical demands beyond normal maintenance may be quoted separately.
If your pool turns green while Clear Wave Solutions is actively servicing it on our regular twice-weekly schedule, you receive a $1,000 credit toward next season's membership. The guarantee does not apply during periods where service was blocked by no access, power outages, severe storms, or if the pool was not on our active schedule. Full terms provided at onboarding.
If we identify a repair during a visit, we'll flag it in your visit report with a description and photo. Repairs are quoted separately: parts at cost + a fixed labour/service fee. Receipts are available for full transparency. We handle the repair directly or coordinate a specialist if needed.
We need reliable access on each scheduled visit. If access is blocked (locked gate, code changed, etc.), we'll notify you immediately and reschedule if our route allows. Please keep gate codes/keys up to date.
Light rain doesn't affect service — we'll be there. In the case of severe storms, lightning, or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your visit to the next available day on our route. We'll always communicate any changes.
Yes. Pool openings and closings are available as separate services, quoted based on your pool setup. Many of our members add these for a seamless start and end to the season.
